Since the launch of the ALO movement numerous citizens from different regions and communities in Artsakh that are concerned about the issue, have applied for with offers and support. The most effective ones were separated from the majority of the offers and the ALO Movement Initiative team evolved a further development plan for the movement. Accordingly, the ALO initiative group presented a set of programs implemented at that stage. These are:
1. Distribution of ALO posters in crowded areas.
2. Dissemination of information and public awareness through television and the Internet.
3. In all the regions of the country and in as many communities as possible, and where it has already begun to activate the signature collection of citizens who share the goals of ALO team.
The ALO movement’s initiative group notes that the signature collection is proceeding at a fairly rapid pace and the support of the population was more than the team members expected and it is noteworthy that Karabakh Telecom employees working in the communities attached to this process were trying to hamper the signature collection process.
