The Exhibition of Modern Sculptures

We have a pleasure to invite all art lovers to participate in the opening of the exhibition “Modern sculptures”.

It will be on the 16th of November at 16:00 o’clock in the Art gallery of Stepanakert. The works of young artists will be introduced at the exhibition, such as Naira Mkitaryan’s, Nazeli Gevorgyan’s, Sofi Nazaryan’s, Tatev Avetisyan’s, Yulia Sargsyan’s, Narek Petrosyan’s, Syuzi Ghaltaghchyan’s, Anna Harutyunyan’s, Elen Khalatyan’s, Deyvid Davudyan’s, Samvel Sargsyan’s, Ruben Simonyan’s, Haykuhi Hambardzumyan’s, Astghik Hovhannisyan’s, Mane Mkrtchyan’s, Lusine Tkachenko’s and a special invited artist and sculptor Hayk Tokmajyan’s.
These works were also exhibited on the 2nd of November in Goris and aroused great interest in the city’s artistic environment.
As the organizer and the founder-director of “Art PR” organization, Gayane Davtyan said “The main purpose of the exhibition is to introduce young artists out of Yerevan; they have an opportunity to communicate in a different cultural environment and associate personally with local art lovers. Through the abstraction sculptures the youth have tried to raise many questions and themes that modern people are concerned about, and the idea of freedom is at the heart of this.
The exhibition will continue until the 26th of November.
